DCI is one of the largest & most reliable independent distributors of Hitachi, NEC, and Mitel systems equipment in the country. Our factory-trained technicians are on call 24 hours a day. 7 days a week—with most cases responding, within 2 hours remotely and 4 hours on site for major problems and 24 hours for minor problems. DCI-Design is a recognized Hospitality Elite channel member. Both Mitel and NEC have elevated DCI to this prestigious level. With well over 800 authorized dealers in the country. Only ten were selected that meet the channel criteria.
